Willow Butterfly Kit

Description

Make your very own beautiful willow butterfly, with one of our fantastic willow kits! Using British grown willow from Somerset, you will learn different weaving techniques to create your butterfly and finish it off with beads for the antennae's.

What's included in the price?

Everything you need is included in your kit: string, beads, a soaking bag, instructions and willow! Approximate measurements: width, 80cm x length, 30cm. Suitable for beginners. The willow is supplied dry for you to soak in the bag provided when you are ready, this will take 5 days before you can start your project. The kit will keep indefinitely if stored inside until you are ready to start.

What you will need

Clippers, pegs or stones, pointed tool (i.e. bodkin, large knitting needle, or screwdriver) will be helpful.

"Had a brilliant day with Rachel making a deer. 🦌 She explained every step clearly and was always at hand to offer help or a helping hand, the atmosphere and group was very friendly and welcoming, including lots of tea and coffee to keep us going. I highly recommend this workshop and came home with a lovely willow deer that will be lit up for Christmas and then put in our garden. I also purchased a hare kit . Fantastic day🙏🙏🙏 "
