Introduction to Soap Making, Durham

Description

We will guide you through how to make your own soaps. Using a melt and pour method you will learn about soap making, how to add fragrance oils, colours and inclusions to make your signature soaps. In the 2 hour session you will make 4 soaps to take home with you. We supply a range of fragrance oils, mica powders and moulds to choose from. Have a hot or cold drink on us from the cafe whilst you unwind and create. C. As we are using hot soaps all participants must be 14 years and above, those under 18 must be accompanied by a paying and responsible adult. Please also note that as we are using concentrated fragrance oils it is recommended that you seek medical advice to attend if you are pregnant. Cancellation Policy All workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking. We understand that things happen in life so should you need to cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible as cancellation fees may apply:A full refund will be given or the opportunity to book another date if we are given 14 days or more notice before the date of the workshop .Between 7 and 14 days before the workshop date – no refund will be given, however you will have the opportunity to book another date Less than 7 days before the workshop date - no refund will be provided and no opportunity to book another date will be given. Any refund due will be paid to the original payee only and by the original payment method .If you fail to turn up for your workshop, you will be ineligible for a refund and you will not be able to move your booking to an alternative date. If a workshop is cancelled by ourselves or the provider of the workshop location, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or to book onto an alternative workshop. You will be provided with as much notice as possible if a workshop has to be cancelled.

All materials are included including all safety equipment. We will also buy you a hot or cold drink for the lovely cafe.

We are 3 ladies who have been providing a number of different craft workshops for a couple of years now. We can teach a wide variety of crafts form lampshade making to home fragrances, resin to needlefelting. We offer sessions for groups and parties too.
