At the studio - this workshop is suitable for visitors to Dorset. Postage is available and would be costed separately. There is a fantastic café to have lunch in with in 10 minutes walk right next to Thorncombe Woods, surrounded by the countryside that inspired Thomas Hardy. You will learn how to create surface techniques and add details to encapsulate the Jurassic coast, fossils and the creatures of the past. Pieces will be kiln fired and ready to collect or be posted 2-3 weeks later. Postage will be charged separately.

Includes clay, use of engobes and kiln firing.

Award winning fun and inspiring travelling clay workshops & takeaway packs for groups that do not have access to clay. I have been working with clay for over 20 years. I studied ceramics to BA (Hons) level at Bath Spa University, taught by amazingly talented International ceramicists. I have exhibited my work around the south of England I have a passion for bringing clay to those that cannot access it. Clay is a way that people with varying abilities can get creative.
