Dried Flower Wreaths with Petallica Flower Farm
Description
Petallica Flower Farm is a not-for-profit organisation growing and selling seasonal, sustainable flowers in Gower. As an organisation, Petallica puts community and environmental sustainability at the heart of what it does. This means only growing flowers that are in season, never using chemicals or nasty pesticides, powering the farm with solar energy and selling flowers locally. It also means that they run a number of projects that use horticulture as a way of boosting wellbeing and connecting people in the local community. During this workshop you will be guided through the process of making your very own dried flower wreath. You will begin by selecting a mixture of flowers that have been sustainably grown and dried at our farm in Gower. You will then be shown the step-by-step process of creating a beautiful wreath using the tools and materials provided. At the end of the workshop, you will be able to take your creation home to add a splash of colour to your chosen space. No prior experience is needed and all materials will be included.
