Cut your own cabochon – a hands-on gemstone shaping experience. Ready to get hands-on with gemstones and create something truly one-of-a-kind? In this 6-hour cabochon cutting course, you’ll learn how to turn raw rock into a beautifully polished cabochon – perfect for setting in your own jewellery or simply admiring as a tiny piece of natural art. Working in a relaxed and creative space, you'll be guided through the full process of sawing, shaping, and polishing stones into classic cabochon domes or unique, freeform designs. Whether you're dreaming of making your own jewellery or just love the idea of working with stone, this course is a perfect place to start. To keep things personal and hands-on, we keep the group small – just two students per course – so you’ll have plenty of access to all the machines, tools, and one-on-one guidance. We have a wide variety of beautiful stone material for you to choose from, but feel free to bring your own rock if you have something special you’d like to work with!
