Join us at Wild Harvest School in the rural outskirts of York for a full day basket weaving course. You will learn to create the base using a pairing weave, then insert the uprights. After a lunch break (bring a packed lunch) you will learn a new weave: three rod wale, to complete the walls of your basket. At the end of the day each student gets 1:1 tuition to help them complete a fancy plaited effect border. 20 years teaching basket weaving and other self-sufficiency crafts.

Wild Harvest School were established in 2006. A qualified adult education tutor, Di has lived a life of self-sufficiency and been teaching rural crafts and wild food foraging for 20 years.
