- 3 full days of in-person instruction in a professional training facility. - All materials, tools, and safety gear provided. - A printed course handbook with formulas, supplier lists, and step-by-step guides. - Certificate of completion. - A portfolio of practice boards you've created—perfect for showcasing your skills to clients. You’ll have the option to purchase and take these home for an additional £50. To help you get the most out of the experience, here are a few practical details to keep in mind: Wear old clothes – Resin can get messy, and some materials may stain permanently. Closed-toe shoes are required – For safety during hands-on work with tools and materials. Long hair must be tied up – To avoid any safety hazards while working. Course hours are 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM – However, sessions may run over slightly depending on project progress, so please allow some flexibility. Lunch is not included – But there is a café onsite, and we’ll take a lunch break each day to give you time to grab a bite or bring your own. Bring a bottle of water – Staying hydrated is important while working through each step. We want you to feel comfortable, safe, and fully immersed in the process—so come prepared to roll up your sleeves and get creative! NB: We do not accept entry to our classes 15 minutes after the listed start date. This is to ensure our students have a lesson without disruption once the class has started. Richard has been teaching this intro class since 2018 after realising that all the challenges of working with epoxy resin were bound to be frustrating aspiring makers around the world as much as they were for him. After realising that working with epoxy resin was actually quite easy once you knew a few simple tricks and the basic principles, he started inviting you to join him in the workshop to master the tricks of the trade for yourself.
